Work Shop groups, consisting of key operational and 

support personnel from all appropriate functional areas 

are often established as a result of deficiencies discovered during the Requirements Assessment process. As information and data are gathered, problem areas become evident. 

The Work Shop sessions are employed by Zenobia & Associates Consulting 

for working with the client to solve problems using a proven methodology to thoroughly identify the problems,

determine the solutions and plan the required actions to resolve the deficiencies. This process leads to a qualified set of requirements and focuses on specific short term improvements.
