Zenobia & Associates Consulting recognizes that numerous factors impact the successful implementation of a Manufacturing Control System (Enterprise Resource Planning.) Foremost among these factors is a thorough, realistic implementation plan which defines the physical and human resources required, detailed task lists by module or functional area, education/training requirements and project organization structure and responsibilities.

Completion of the Implementation Plan is directly affected by the software/hardware selected by the client and cannot be finalized until the Vendor Selection has actually been made. The implementation plans will encompass all of the required activities to insure the long term success of the ERP System and will be jointly developed by the client  and Zenobia & Associates Consultants.

The implementation plan diagrams and charts will be created by utilizing Zenobia & Associates proprietary Project Management Software. This graphic plan will include all major activities and milestones, planned start/finish dates and durations and will reflect all dependencies and pre-requisites. It will provide the client with total cost tracking and resource allocation/monitoring capabilities. The project's critical path will be identified and easy to follow. This level of detail is critical to evaluate constraining resources and to ensure available all-through the Implementation.
