The purpose of the Vendor Selection Process is to provide our clients with a means to choose a vendor (s) which will provide the most complete solution including software, hardware, education/training, and product support. During this process, there are numerous steps required to ensure the selection made will satisfy the current and future business
requirements of the client and will provide the best long term return on the investment being made.
Zenobia & Associates Consulting employs a proven methodology during the Vendor Selection Process which is targeted at keeping the client in control of the process instead of letting the vendors assume control.
